What is "SECRET PALS"? Each participant fills out a survey. A few day after the sign-up date has passed, everyone
will receive a sheet on another participant via email. This is when the fun begins... before the Beach
Bash, you get to shop for your pal. Read through their survey and select items they would like based on the answers
to their questions. Throughout the weekend you are to leave little surprise gifts for your pal at their seat....secretly.
DO NOT TELL THEM WHO YOU ARE. We will reveal ourselves on Sunday morning. Your gifts should total a minimum of $35.00.
You can always do more, but please no less. How can you drop off packages secretly? 1. We will gladly deliver your items as you bring them to us.
Please only bring ONE gift at a time. 2. Wait until your pal leaves and you drop it off. 3. Ask a seat mate or someone around you to drop it off once your pal leaves their seat. Secret Pal Guidelines: 1. Fill out the survey and email it to: scrappinncbeachbash@yahoo.com 2. Sign-ups will be taken until: Dec. 31st, 2012.
3. Spend a minimum of $35.00 for the weekend. 4. Gift Giving: you must give: 1 gift Friday, 3 gifts Saturday (morning, afternoon and evening) and 1 larger gift on Sunday at the reveal. You may give more often if you wish. But the above is REQUIRED. 5. We will reveal as a group on Sunday at 10am. Save your larger gift for Sunday's reveal. |
