1.  Upon registering for the Beach Bash a $75.00 deposit is due within 10 days.  This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE after 30 days of registering--NO EXCEPTIONS will be made. 

 

2. Due to being a small company and the Resort requirements, NO refunds will be given once we have reached 30 days prior to the event.

 

3. If you cancel and we can fill your spot, all monies paid will be refunded minus the $75.00 deposit.

4. All balances are due 30 days prior to the event. All balances will need to be paid by the required deadlines, and we will not accept final payments at the event. If you cannot attend, you are responsible for canceling your registration by  emailing scrappinncbeachbash@yahoo.com or calling Kelly at 910-367-1474 to cancel.    We will be canceling registrations when your payments are not made on time.
