QUEEN of the CROP- This game will begin when the QUEEN'S CROWN  is given out to the 2009 GRAND PRIZE WINNER.  This person is now the QUEEN OF THE CROP.  The 1st person to complete a page may walk over to the reigning QUEEN and dethrone her. Before the Crop begins, random times will be selected.  At those times, whoever is QUEEN at that time will win a prize...BUT she must be wearing the crown at the time the prize is awarded.   When you steal the crown, you earn a PRIZE TICKET.  PLUS, when QUEEN of THE CROP is announced, the winner also will receive a ticket.  Prizes will be awarded thoughout the weekend. 
 
COSTUME CONTEST:  It is so much fun scrapbooking the night away in your PJ's.  THEME:
Dress up on Saturday night.  Exact time will be listed at the crop.  Only one winner.  Each participant will receive one prize ticket.  Winner will win a great prize along with an addition prize ticket!
 
MAKE -YOUR-OWN -NAME TAG.
You can earn 1 extra prize ticket for making your own name tag.  How easy is that!  Remember, you can earn a PRIZE TICKET simply by designing your own name tag.  SEE CONTEST RULES BELOW for more ways to earn tickets.
 
Make-your-own-name-tag Contest : 
Design your own name tag.  All name tags MUST have:
1. YOUR NAME
2. Scrappin'NC Beach Bash
3. Feb. 4th-6th, 2011
4. Pined on or hanging above the waist. 
5. themed:
* After you check-in, and set up, please bring us your NAME TAG.  All Name Tags are due by:6pm.  All participants will earn a PRIZE TICKET for playing!
 
LAYOUT SKetch CONTEST- each registrant will receive a sketch of a layout in their goodie bags.  Participants MUST use the sketch in their layout.  The layout contest will be judged on Saturday night.  Specific times and directions for turning in your layouts will be in the goodie bags.
 
Card SKetch CONTEST- each registrant will receive a sketch of a layout in their goodie bags.  Participants MUST use the sketch to make their card.  Specific times and directions for turning in your cards will be in the goodie bags.
 
 
Mystery layout contest- Participants will work as teams of 4.  Sign ups will be taken at the retreat.  Teams will receive a bag of items, and a time limit to complete a 12x12 layout.  Your fellow croppers will vote on their favorite.  Specific details will be given at the retreat.
